Dr. Rosado continues to share his expertise on many platforms both nationally and internationally. Presently, Dr. Rosado is the medical director of Northeast FL Health Services DBA Family Health Source, a Federally Qualified Health Center in Volusia County, FL. In his role, he is responsible for providing oversight and medical expertise in implementing the Medical Management Program. As well as promoting the organizational goals and objectives and assure that quality health care services are delivered by the providers and support staff.

Furthermore, Dr. Rosado is the president and CEO of International Medical Consultants, the co-Medical Director for Minorities 4 Medical Marijuana and Medical Director for marijuanadoctors.com; and, on the scientific board of advisers for Medical Extractos in Medellin, Colombia, and Ellipsis in Quebec, Canada.

As an advocate, he was and is on the bureau of speakers for political campaigns and medical cannabis dispensaries/licensed producers. As a clinician he has worked with toddlers, children, adolescents, adults, and geriatric patients for the recommendation of and management of medical cannabis. He loves providing medical cannabis consulting services to physicians and patients in the US, Canada, Mexico, South America, UK, Europe, and Southeast Asia.

And as an author, he has published multiple articles in refereed medical journals, written the bestselling book “Hope and Healing-A Case for Medical Cannabis” and quoted in Rolling Stone magazine. In August of 2019, he received the Physician of the Year Award at the Healthcare Achievement Awards sponsored by the Volusia County Hispanic Chamber of Commerce, in December of 2019, he was named one of 65 Outstanding Black & Hispanic Men Leading in Cannabis by The WeedHead and in June 2020, he was named one of 20 Outstanding Black and Latinx Men Leading Change in Cannabis by Green Entrepreneur.
